25 February 2010: Jordan and Italy launch the “e-Competence Center” opened to Jordanian stakeholders (8th March 2010)

On Thursday 25th of February, at the IT Faculty of The University of Jordan, the e-Competence Center hosted a meeting between the representatives of Scuola Superiore ISUFI (Italy), the University of Jordan and some Jordanian stakeholders. The meeting focused on the opportunities of ICT and e-Business adoption in Jordan.
The fruitful cooperation between the Scuola Superiore ISUFI and The University of Jordan, from which the e-Competence Center springs, aims at strengthening the relationships between the two countries.
During the next months, the e-Competence Center aims at launching some pilot projects to experiment the benefits and the opportunities that e-Business can create for public and private organizations.
